Blow Room:
Blow room contributes only about 5 – 10 % to production cost in the ring spinning mill.
Object of Blow Room:
01. To open the baled fiber into small tuff which allow foreign material to be separated from the fibers and prepare the material for easy carding.
02. To clean the fibers by removing the foreign matters as the waste.
03. To mix thoroughly the different component fibers of a mixing so as to give a homogeneous blending.

Working principle of Blendomat:
The Balandomet BDT 019 is required with two opening rolls . Depending on the direction of travel one roll is always working against the travel and one with the travel. This means that at one time the teeth opener roll works in the direction of travel of the of the machine and then in the opposite direction.

A fan feeds the material into the miner . The individuals chambers are filled one after the other.
