Blow Room:
Blow room contributes only about 5 – 10 % to production cost in the ring spinning mill.
 
Object of Blow Room:
01.    To open the baled fiber into small tuff which allow foreign material to be separated from the fibers and prepare the material for easy carding.
02.    To clean the fibers by removing the foreign matters as the waste.
03.    To mix thoroughly the different component fibers of a mixing so as to give a homogeneous blending.

Working principle of Blendomat:
The Balandomet BDT 019 is required with two opening rolls . Depending on the direction of travel one roll is always working against the travel and one with the travel. This means that at one time the teeth opener roll works in the direction of travel of the of the machine and then in the opposite direction.
The roll which is operating in the opposite direction to the travel of the of the machine is raised by up to 10 mm by means of a motor. This the roll which is operating by a motor. This the roll which is operating in the same direction as the travel penetrates more deeply into the bale.

Working procedure of Axiflow cleaner:
This well proven cleaner can in particular case be used in addition to the CLEANOMAT machines. If that is to be considered as a first cleaning stage and is allow placed before the blenders and the fine cleaners the AXIFLOW AFC is particularly suitable for processing materials with a very amount of contamination cares trash particles are separated out and removed. Working procedure of cleanomat:
The cleaning point of each spiked needle and saw toot roll consist of deflector blades, mote knives and suction hood. Trush particles released due to centrifugal forces and are separated at the mote knives and continuously taken away by suction hood. This ensure an optimum cleaning efficiency of the deflector blades in front of the  mote knives determine the degree of cleaning . With clean cottons or a low degree of cleaning the deflector blades are almost closed. Write the working procedure of multiplex mixture :
A fan feeds the material into the miner . The individuals chambers are filled one after the other. The dust fade transport air escaper through perforated plates in the chamber and is then fed to a filter . the filling of the multiplier mean starts with the last chamber . All chamber s are  successively filled in several stages until one chamber reaches its minimum filled height . then the delivery rolls underneath each chamber are activated and the material is fed via the opening roll onto the conveyor belt. As the chambers empty , they are again filled one after another. A loss layer of tufts from the several chamber builds up on the  bleeding conveyor.
